Network SLA

In order to give every customer the best possible experience, there are different routing priorities.

Standard

The Standard SLA gives you the right to transfer an UNLIMITED amount of traffic, but your average traffic needs to stay below a specific speed (X Mbit/s). These are calculated taking 95% of your traffic in a month (disregarding peaks) of your outgoing traffic. Your bandwidth is guaranteed as long as you stay below the limit. If you exceed the limit we only guarantee a lower speed.

Premium

The Premium SLA also gives the right to transfer an UNLIMITED amount of traffic, but your traffic needs to stay below a specific speed (X Mbit/s). These are calculted taking 95% of your monthly trafic (disregarding peaks) of your outgoing traffic only. Your bandwidth is guaranteed and dedicated as long as you stay below the limit. If you exceed the limit, we only guarantee a lower sped.
