Flosoft.biz has 3 different Service levels for most of it's products.

Level 1

CEK Media Service is committed to informing the customer about his order as it unfolds. CEK Media Service is committed to checking the correct operation of the characteristics of the Service. CEK Media Service is committed to curing the dysfunctions concerned with its exclusive responsibility.

Level 2

CEK Media Service places documentary resources at the disposal of the customer. Subject to availability, CEK Media Service is committed in communicating to the customer the documentary resource most relevant to its problems. CEK Media Service will endeavour to update its documentary resources regularly.

Level 3

Level 3 support means, CEK Media Service manages your applications and configurations upon request. These interventions are free of charge, but CEK Media Service reserves the right to refuse a request for an intervention on legitimate or justified grounds.
