Flosoft.biz has 3 different Service levels for most of it's products.

Level 1

Hardware Level. (Server Unavailable, measured using Ping)

Level 2

Basic Services. (Abnormal behaviour of services, except Level 3)

Level 3

Software, Configuration, Personalization (Advanced service configuration. Flosoft.biz reserves the right to decline any requests made by the customer upon legit grounds.)
